Where is the icnc23?
Like the last few years, the ICNC will take place on the EUREF-Campus in Berlin, Germany. The exact address is: EUREF-Campus 1-25, 10829 Berlin, Germany.

When is the icnc23?
The Intercharge Network Conference (icnc) takes place on the 29th and 30th of August 2023. On Tuesday, the 29th doors open for attendees at 9 a.m. and exhibitors at 8:15 a.m. The main stage presentation begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 5:45 p.m. On Wednesday the 30th doors open for attendees at 8:30 a.m, for exhibitors at 8:00 a.m. The main stage presenation begins at 9 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m.

Can I register at the venue?
No. There is no ticket sale on-site. But you can easily register for a ticket via our ticket store on our website.

Can I check my bags during the event?
Yes. You can store your luggage free of charge at the registration area in the Grüns Restaurant on campus.

What food will be served at the icnc23?
The icnc will be fully catered, with lunch and dinner provided on the first day, and lunch during the second day. Additionally, there will be food stands hosted by our event sponsors. All food on the premises is sustainably sourced and local, and free for our attendees.

What kind of tickets are available?
At the ICNC, we have three different ticket types: ONSITE, DIGITAL and CONSULTANT tickets.
The ONSITE and DIGITAL ticket are free for all participants and experts from the industry. Yet, consultants must purchase a CONSULTANT ticket for €250,00 (excl. VAT).
All tickets are valid on both days and are non-transferable.

What are the parking arrangements and directions?
1. Arrival by car
There are two public parking garages are available for a fee. Here you also have the possibility to charge your electric vehicle while parking. You will find the first parking garage on the left side of Torgauer Str., the second one is located directly on the right side in front of the barrier at the entrance of the EUREF campus.
2. Arrival by train / S-Bahn
There are several S-Bahn and train stations near the EUREF-Campus:
S-Bahn station Schöneberg: approx. 5 minutes walking distance.
S-Bahn station Julius-Leber Brücke: approx. 10 minutes walking distance.
Berlin Südkreuz station: approx. 15 minutes walking distance.
3. Arrival via BER airport
The S-Bahn line S45 takes you directly to Südkreuz station every 20 minutes. The trip takes about 40 minutes. At the Südkreuz S-Bahn station, take the exit “Hildegard-Knef-Platz” and turn right into Wilhelm-Kabus-Straße. Take the next intersecting street on the left, Torgauer Str., which will take you directly to the EUREF campus. The walk takes about 10 minutes.
You can also reach the EUREF campus via ridesharing or cab in approx. 25-30 minutes.

How do I pay for the registration?
If you are a consultant, and you have registered for a consultant ticket via our ticket shop, you can pay with credit card.

Where can I purchase a ticket?
Click here to get to the ticket store. You will receive your access authorization by e-mail. After receiving the confirmation, you will receive a separate email with personalized access to the icnc23 event app – the digital platform of the intercharge Network Conference.

Do I have to print out my icnc23 ticket?
Since we aim for a paperfree event, we do not expect printed tickets. Please use a smartphone with a standard screen resolution to display the QR code that is on your ticket when checking into the event. You can also add your ticket to the icnc23 event app and access it from there once the app is published.
