Frédéric Ridou

Frédéric Ridou started driving electric just after joining Saft Batteries in 2001. In the pioneering years before Saft was acquired by Total Energies, he contributed to its successes in batteries for EVs and energy storage for utility scale and residential applications. Moving on in his career as Business Development Manager, he launched Redflow in Europe, Australia’s champion for Redox-Flow batteries. He then took part to the localization of Chargepoint’s EV charging offering after it landed in Europe. Currently at Huawei Digital Power, he carries its unique portfolio of power electronics, PV and energy storage solutions to the German EV charging ecosystem.
